Steven S. Rice
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rice is currently President & Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Programs, Incorporated. He first joined the company in 1990 as Director, Sales & Marketing. He assumed the position of Vice President, Sales & Marketing in 1991 and the position of President in 1992. API was a wholly owned subsidiary of DRS Technologies, Inc. from March, 1999 to November, 2002. During this period, in addition to continuing as President of API, Mr. Rice served for two years as Senior Vice President and General Manager of DRS Electronic Systems, Inc and subsequently as President, DRS Rugged Systems Europe for one year. In November, 2002, upon completion of a management buyout led by Mr. Rice, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Rice holds a BS/BA in Marketing from the University of Florida and a MBA in Finance from George Mason University. Prior to joining API, Mr. Rice held various management positions with Gould Electronics, QTP and Modular Computer Systems.

Michael Gormley
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
As Advanced Program's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mike Gormley is responsible for sales revenue generation through a direct sales team as well as an international reseller channel. He leads corporate objectives focusing on new business development, marketing strategies and external communications. He is also responsible all product and program management activities.

Mr. Gormley's career includes 20 years of sales, strategic management and marketing for small technology companies focusing on information security, design and test automation, and embedded systems development. Before joining Advanced Programs, he was Vice President of Sales at Computer I/O Corporation and General Manager of Signal Processing Services, Inc. Gormley started his career as a research engineer, designing systems and software for use by the U.S. Navy. He holds an MS in Technology Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Catholic University of America.

Mark Figley
Senior Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Figley's career includes over 25 years of experience in accounting. Before coming to API, he was VP of Finance for DRS Electronic Systems Inc. in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Mr. Figley is a member of the Maryland Association of CPAs and has an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola College and a B.S. in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
